We believe that...
- The Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
- That there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
- In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
- That regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for the salvation of lost and sinful man.
- In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
- in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
- in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
The 7 "Gospels" of New Day
New Birth- 1 Peter 1:3 - "I can have a Fresh Start."
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy, he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
New Life- Romans 6:4 - "I am free from my past."
We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.
New Heart- Ezekiel 36:26 - "I can love like God loves."
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.
New Tongue (language)- Mark 16:17 - "I can speak to God alone."
And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; I will speak of love, truth, life & power I can speak against hate & evil.
New Song- Psalm 40:3 - "I will keep a song of joy in my heart."
He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the LORD and put their trust in him.
New Covenant- Luke 22:20 - "I will be in agreement with God."
In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.
New Command- John 13:34 - "I will be obedient to the Lord and represent him well."
A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
